Nothing to See Here by Kevin Wilson

I listened to this on audiobook and it was the very BEST audiobook listening experience I have ever had!

Madison is Lillian's oldest friend and even though the way they stay in touch is very obligatory, Lilliab is drawn to Madison in many ways. When Madison tells Lillian she has a job for her and she needs her help, Lillian goes. The job is to look after two twins who burst into flames when their emotions spill over. Lillian's job is to take care of them and help them in hope that their "fire-problem" isn't discovered by anyone outside of the family.

This story was laugh out loud funny. The narrator's tone added depth and hilarity far beyond the pages. This story was an engrossing, entertaining and at times even heartwarming read/listen. I enjoyed every moment of it.

This felt very satirical in tone, but the humor wasn't as dry as you would think for something you could group into a satire. I didn't have to wade through metaphors to get the profoundness of this read and that made it enjoyable and quick to read through!
